Digital Downloads

All digital products (including PDF workbooks and downloadable resources) are final sale.
Because digital files are delivered instantly, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once access has been provided.
If you have any trouble accessing your files, please reach out — we’re happy to help.

Physical Products – Card Decks

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully.
If your card deck arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll organise a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
